Coza Evelyn Colbert - The Jonesboro Sun

Mrs. Coza Evelyn Colbert, 70, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday (2-29-2000) at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center. A native of Greenfield, she had lived in Jonesboro for 40 years. She was a former employee of the GE Company in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Surviving are her husband, James Colbert of the home; a son, Randy Shopher of Jonesboro; two stepdaughters, Teresa Colbert of Jonesboro and Cindy Turner of Mountain Home; one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.

Graveside services will be held Thursday afternoon at 3 at the Bolivar Cemetery near Harrisburg, with Rev. Worth Gibson officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Jonesboro.

Pallbearers will be Edgar Bell, Tommy May, Gomer Branscum, Benny Martin, Rex E. Turner and Cy Aston. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 this evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the St. Bernard's Hospice program.
