SHOPHER, Mrs. Frances Elizabeth, age 60, passed away Sunday morning, June 26, 1994 at her home in Dallas. She was born in Ennis, February 23, 1934, the daughter of Tucker Tom & Frances Pauline Shelton. She was affiliated with the Pentecostal Church and was employed as a waitress in the restaurant business. On December 23, 1973, she was married to James Shopher in Dallas. She is survived by her husband, James Shopher of Dallas; daughter, Kathy Ross, of Dallas; two sons, Dwain Grier of Las Vegas and Mike Grier of Arlington; two step-daughters, Cindy Wright and Debra Shopher and step-son, Bill Shopher, all of Clarksville Tennessee; three brothers, Thomas Shelton & Charles Shelton of Seagoville and Donald Shelton of Austin; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday evening at the funeral home. Funeral Services 10:00 am Tuesday, June 28, 1994, in the Chapel of Myrtle Cemetery with Rev. Olan Ray Raney officiating. Interment will follow in the cemetery under the direction of Lawrence Funeral Home, Ennis Texas.
